Ulla Johnson accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that all items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all original designer tags and packaging are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid UPS return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
