The Kiki Heel is an elevated pump made in Italy with a fine mesh upper framed by a pointed toe and heel in nappa leather. This versatile, khaki pump rests on a 3.74" or 95mm block heel and is finished with our signature twisted buckle in lustrous antique brass.
